SMS Forward is a simple but powerful template that can forward text messages to software applications outside of the mFinity™ platform. For example, it can forward a text message to web-based applications (using HTTP), as well as other applications such as mobile blogs and personal web pages, text to video display screens, pre-recorded audio call backs on the voice channel in response to a text message, other third party IVR applications, and virtually any other application that can receive a text message.
