Used for standard multiple choice text message polls where poll questions are displayed in traditional media (print, TV, radio etc.), mobile multiple choice polls/voting where the poll question is delivered to the phone, and open answer polls/voting where the participant can text any response they wish to the poll question. All poll response data can be collated and reported by the system.
