Tilak Kasturi brings over 17 years of technology leadership, product development and solutions delivery experience, taking early stage startup technologies into successfully deployed enterprise solutions for Fortune 100 companies in verticals including media/entertainment, banking, consumer brands and travel.
His prior positions include VP Engineering at Entrege, Chief Archiect/Head of Customer Solutions at Euclid and VP of Engineering at Message Hero. As a Venture Technologist at eVolution Global Partners (a $100M fund created by Kleiner Perkins, Bain, TPG), he was responsible for venture technology due diligence, technology planning, and working with technology providers/vendors. Prior to joining eVolution, as CTO of e-Phase Software, he was responsible for technology strategy and software development for Fortune 100 enterprises including Disney (Media Relations), Lockheed Martin and Rogue Wave Software. As a Lead Software Architect at Time Warner Communications, Tilak designed and developed the world's first Internet browser for interactive TV environments.
Tilak has received a BS in Electrical Engineering from Regional Engineering College (Warangal, India), a MS in Computer Science from the Florida Institute of Technology and a MBA from the University of Central Florida. Tilak founded the Orlando Java Users Group, participated in the ebXML Standards Committee, is Vice-Chair for the Bay Area CTO Forum in Silicon Valley and is a member of the Mobile Marketing Association's Mobile Advertising Committee.
