Michael Becker is EVP of Business Development of iLoop Mobile. Michael Becker brings over 15 years of technical and business development experience, with a special emphasis on wireless multi-channel (SMS, email, IM, MMS, EMS, Web) messaging communications technologies, client/server mobile GPS navigation systems, secure electronic book distribution solutions, and custom engineering and business solutions. Prior to iLoop Mobile, Mr. Becker had founded and ran a marketing consultancy, he held the position of Director of Marketing at Ecrio Inc., and worked at Hewlett-Packard as International Business Development Manager. Mr. Becker also spent a number of years living in Tokyo, Japan, where he worked for A&D Engineering. At A&D he managed OEM Sales for Europe, as well as North and South American markets for their U.S. subsidiary. Mr. Becker holds a BS from Saint Mary's College and an MBA from Santa Clara University. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Golden Gate University and is focusing on the emergence of the mobile channel in the United States . Mr. Becker is an adjunct professor of International Business Strategy at Golden Gate University. He also sits on the board of the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) and chairs the MMA Academic Outreach Committee.
