The web storefront text, promotions, images, and links to other sites and services are the sole responsibility of the storefront owner (see contact information). iLoop Mobile is not responsible for errors made on this website. All content sold is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced in any way.

Terms and Conditions for iLoop Mobile Storefronts

All services are delivered by iLoop Mobile Inc. All text messages initiated from your phone are subject to standard text messaging rates from your mobile operator in addition to product fees charged, whether to your phone, using Premium SMS payment, to your credit card, debit card, or other payment means supported on our website. Product fees will be charged only upon successful download of the product. Product fees for all mobile phone initiated purchases will be charged to your phone bill. The maximum amount you may purchase during any month will be limited by the regulations of your mobile operator. Mobile content from this storefront may be purchased only by subscribers of the participating U.S. mobile operators listed on this site. Purchases are not available on mobile operators outside the U.S. at this time.

This is a single-purchase binary content service. There is no subscription component currently available. Buyers must download the WAP URL for each item purchased before they can purchase another item.

Each purchased item will be billed at the following prices at the time of product delivery confirmation:

  • Images $0.99~$1.99
  • Ringtones: Polyphonic/Monophonic: $1.99; Truetone $2.99
  • Games $1.99~$4.99

At our discretion, we may offer and bill selected items of any type at a lower promotional price.

Mobile phone models that do not appear on the purchase pull-down phone selection lists are not currently supported for the type of content you have selected.

Mobile operators that do not appear on the purchase pull-down mobile operator lists do not currently allow downloading the type of product you have selected. Currently, pre-paid phone numbers are not supported for binary content downloads. Participating operators include T-Mobile and Cingular Orange and Blue.

Some mobile operators do not support all of the payment options offered on this website. The purchase dialog only offers those options allowed by the operator you have selected.

Test your phone first! Buyers are responsible for determining their phone’s capability to receive content. Your mobile phone and phone plan must provide Premium SMS and Internet WAP download capability, and the ability to run ringtones and logos. Free test downloads are provided for this purpose on the web storefront. Go to the FAQ on this website to see instructions for testing your phone BEFORE purchasing any items.

The customer is solely responsible for incorrect, mistyped entries, or repeated product orders.
